Can I use BlackSight for free?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 instant scan per month and 1 scheduled scan per quarter. It covers limited scanner types with 30-day report history. No credit card required.
What is the difference between Light, Plus, and Pro?
Light ($9/mo) adds all 17 scanners, 4 instant scans per month, 1 subdomain, and PDF reports. Plus ($29/mo) removes scan limits and adds 3 subdomains and 3 collaborators. Pro ($89/mo) adds API scanning (SOAP, OpenAPI, GraphQL), 10 subdomains, 10 collaborators, and priority support.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 11% compared to monthly billing. Light drops to $8.25/mo, Plus to $25/mo, and Pro to $79/mo.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. Enterprise plans include unlimited everything, SAML SSO, audit logging, invoice billing, IT-GRC compliance support, and optional on-premise deployment. Contact us for pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
